Temigis is powered by a dual-model Google Cloud architecture utilising advanced Gemini models via Vertex AI. It uses Gemini Flash Lite for high-speed reasoning and tool selection, and Gemini Pro for comprehensive, executive-ready summarisation. The platform orchestrates these models using LangChain, while leveraging Google Cloud AlloyDB and pgvector for high-performance semantic search.

Absolutely. Security is a foundational pillar of the platform. Hosted securely on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), all queries and data are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is strictly managed via Google Firebase Authentication. Your queries, strategic hypotheses, and proprietary data are kept strictly confidential and are never used to train public AI models.

To ensure optimal performance and equitable resource allocation, Temigis uses a monthly token limit system based on your organisation's subscription tier. Tokens are consumed when running database searches and generating AI analyses. You can track your usage in real-time via the token widget on your platform dashboard. If you reach your monthly limit, you can contact your administrator or Mindsight AI to upgrade your allocation.

Temigis features an automated entity resolution and disambiguation pipeline. If a query is broad or a product name matches multiple records in the database, the AI acts as a smart consultant and will ask you to clarify your intent. Providing specific context upfront ensures Temigis retrieves the most accurate and highly targeted insights.
